Mom watches on (Black/Grey Shirt) as my Nephew/Her Grandson introduces us to the culinary delight of Diet Pepsi.
Welcome to my new Blog.If you read this at all, well, *Bonus* for you, although the main point of it is for personal use.
Basically, I realized that I have a knack for the kitchen (if "knack" means spending more time in it when you're bored than you should). I am self-motivated an unafraid to ask questions to create a better Masterpiece in The End. Also I am unafraid of having my versionthe recipe completely suck, therefore creating a better Sucksterpiece in The End...so you shouldn't Fear either!
This being said, I'm also not afraid to stea--er, Borrow recipes.
(hard to ignore that word with "steal" in the title of your blog, no?)
The following passages are a recording of my Mom's Recipe Card collection. She is a fantastic cook, and although I prefer some commercial restaurant recipes to hers, it's a rarity.
(either that, or I just don't like the food in the FIRST place...Pork? not my style!)
The reasons I'm posting them online:
A) Posterity
B) Easy Access
C) Easy Sharing
Say I want to trade recipes with a co-worker who bought in Pasta Fagioli
I simply jump online, get access to a printer and VOILA!: Instant Recipe Cards
if there's a way to include a photo, it shall be included, and with that said, here we go!
Let's Cook, G!
