Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cans Artichokes in brine (Drained)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Ritz Crackers OR Santitas Tortilla Chips
- Medium Casserole Dish
- Drain Artichokes and cut into pieces
- Mix with above ingredients (mayo, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder)
- Bake at 350ยบ for 15 minutes until brown
- Serve hot with Ritz Crackers* on the side
